Incredible hike and campsite!! It’s a 5.5 mile hike from the southern entrance of Deep Creek Trail. We couldn’t find a physical map provided at the entrance so try to print one in advance or save a copy to your phone. It’s definitely a more advanced hike and not for first timers. It has a lot of great mountain side views as well as beautiful views of the rapids, but it’s also at some points about a 200ft drop with a narrow walkway. I did see multiple people casually jog the trail, but I think if you’re going to camp here you should plan to pack lightly and prepare for a strenuous hike. Anyways, the area is large enough for multiple tents/tarps with a very easy access to water and fishing. Biggest thing I didn’t think about was how deep in the mountains this was and how the sun sets faste

We didn't stay here, but passed by on the way to site 57. We wish we would have stayed here instead. Nice, flat site with a bench and fire ring. Right along side of Deep Creek as a great water source. We'll definitely be staying here in the future.

Plenty of room for up to 3-4 tents.
