Azalea Inn & Suites

This place was amazing! We slipped up and found it by accident but I wish we would have stayed our whole vacation there. Customer service was amazing the room was a good size and smelled decent and the area felt better than most other places around it. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit. Only issue I did find was the bathroom was a little smaller than I would have liked. Overall they were amazing.

Positive: Price, although still high for me! This was an unpaid business trip. With a name like Azalea in Wilmington, I would hope they’d invest in their facility. New sheets, comforters and bathroom remodels is a must. Negative: Couldn’t get the door open, very nice man at front desk helped me get in. Awkward only bc it was midnight and people were sitting/walking around outside, and i travel alone.

😊: Nothing. 😢: 1. Man passed out on the lawn upon arrival 2. Room lock didn't work 3. Linens were stained but clean 4. Leaky faucet.

They don’t clean, up charge you, when called out either act like they don’t speak English or act like they actually cleaned. Told them there’s mold in the shower and they refused to do anything but offer for us to clean it with what they had. Been given the run around as far as when the manager arrives. We’ve been coming here for a while and some of the rooms are okay they don’t clean them, just change the linens and make the bed if anything.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pic describe it all from stepping on a crack pipe to needle caps behind dresser. DISGUSTING!!!! AND THAT DOESN'T EVEN COVER IT. $90 FOR 4 HOURS OF NO SLEEP WITH 1 TWIN BED FOR 3 KIDS 7 11 AND 9 MONTHS. NEVER AGAIN!
