Axiom Hotel

Wow. At 3 pm at early check in we notified the desk of the room not having power. They tried to fix it multiple times within the hour. Nothing worked. Breaker kept tripping, no ac or charging anything. Can’t use the iron they provide either. They assure us they will fix the issue. After arriving back at the hotel at around midnight, still no power. We had a party of 4 with two beds. The best they could do was DOWNGRADE us to a bed and a pull out couch. Absolutely insane. I can’t believe I’m even making this review because I normally don’t even do this but I have to warn others. This could be fine, but it could also be the absolute worst experience of your hotel renting nights. Better to stay away. And I’m still here…..

So impressed with the location, very nice and comfortable for everything, food, transport, city tour etc. Sephora is right near by the hotel and another block is Burger King. The cable car first station is in front of the hotel! Good bed and pillows, clean bathroom. But lighter light would be a lot better.

Our stay at the Axiom was AMAZING! The location was perfect if you're trying to be close to the downtown area. The unique was unique and different your typical hotel. The staff was super friendly and professional. The only thing that was unexpected was the extra taxes we had to pay at checkout, but it is California and I should have expected it. LOL

I would give this a five star because the staff were very nice, the room was clean, hotel is unique and nicely located. My only negative is all wall sockets quit working at 11:30 pm and didn’t start working again until 3:30 a.m. it was odd and the air wasn’t working, phones weren’t charging etc. other than that weird quirk I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the pillows!
