Avenue Motel

These people had the audacity to charge us a $100 pet fee and my husband has a service dog. I told the woman behind the counter this and it seems she doesn't care about the ADA LAWS. If I don't get this deposit back then I will sue this place and have this place shut down 😡👎😤😠

I stayed here after the hotel I had reservations at was oversold. I am now seeking with the corp office of the oversold hotel to get a refund for this flea-bag. To be fair, I didn't see any fleas or evidence of them, but the flea-bag vibes were there.

called in to reserve a room, when we got to the motel and entered our room the whole place stunk, the walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been painted in years. The pillowcases were dirty, the sheets were clean at least. There was dirt caked under the faucet in the bathroom and red splotches on the toilet seat. When we went to the front desk to try to at least get a partial refund the manager was unhelpful at best. Do not recommend

The qhole motel has so much potential, the rooms are adorable but it would take work and creativity so I don't see it improving as of now. The room was no where near clean enough for how much it cost even though it was affordable. If I go stay again I'd probably just borrow the cleaning cart and fix it , the bed was clean.

Stayed here many times over the last decade and the place was always reasonable funky mom-and-pop economy priced dated rooms motel. But it looks like it's changed owners or operators once again. The coffee started later and the breakfast is just a muffin now. AND this time the room was not as clean as it had been in the past and someone had literally used the toilet and not bothered to flush. We almost picked up and left but decided just to call it the last time we stayed here....
