I had an excellent experience here. Joe and Jen were great to work with. Joe went out of his way to help with the process of moving in. The apartment was so nice. Life has taken me farther away but I will always appreciate my experience here.
the entire place stinks because the pipes/drains are rotten. the app to pay rent/ report maintenance issues is never working and doesn’t let me sign in/says my account doesnt exist. the time i was able to submit a request, the issue went unsolved. do not live here, even if you are down bad.
This place stinks all the time. Maintenance issues constantly. I've never been to an apartment building that smells like this one.
