3rd Street Lofts

This was a fantastic spot to stay for an extended work trip. The space was immaculate clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were HUGE (the plush robes in the closets were a great touch). I used the space to cook dinner each night after a long day of work, and I could also walk around the downtown area. The kitchen was fully stocked and with high end items. There is a perfect little organic grocery store right downstairs which was very convenient. I cannot wait to come back for a ski trip later this winter.

My daughter and I stayed at 3rd Street Lofts while enjoying downtown Wausau. It's a lovely accommodation: well-appointed and spacious. And its downtown location made it convenient to nearby restaurants and shops, plus we could drop off packages when our arms got too full! The garage and next-door parking were also appreciated. We're already planning our return next year!

Great location to explore Wausau. Located in the historic downtown, lots to do in a walking distance! The rooms are huge and there's so much natural light. Spent just a night but it truly felt like a luxury vacation!

Wow!! This is a hidden gem of a place to stay. I can rate this higher. It’s in an amazing location in the heart of downtown. The place is warm and decorated perfectly. The bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Thank you to the hosts, this is a welcome change from places we have stayed in the past. Posted a few photos.

Went to Wausau for our anniversary and to view the fall colors. This was our first visit to Wausau……the location of this property was ideal for us to explore the area on foot.|The unit is newly renovated and very spacious! We only used one of the two large bedrooms…..this would be a great place for a family or two couples to share.
