Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wausau

We were attending a show at the Bantr hotel and stayed here for the night. The prices were very reasonable and the rooms and common areas were clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Pleasantly surprised with our stay and definitely recommend if you need to crash for a night in the area!

Staff and owner were great. The BEST Days Inn I have ever stayed at. Will use on all future trips to area.

Positive: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Online checkin and out. Negative: TV remote didn't work. Bathroom was not well lit, but OK. I dislike the fan and lights on the same switch.

The only thing that was a wee bit disappointing was that they were out of handicapped rooms, but not their fault, the motel was full! New pool and spa, the lady on evening shift was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

The greatest shock was that breakfast was not included, although they remodeled the breakfast room. They still serve coffee and tea, and lemon water. There is a vending machine which sells snacks and soft drinks. I think that this was a huge mistake by management. |The room was reasonably clean. Mattress was soft but good for those who like orthopedic mattresses, very comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Shower worked well but setting the temperature was tricky. I really like the bottles of shampoo and body wash mounted in the shower. ||Pool was cold, and hot tub was very warm, but not hot. ||The other thing that sticks out is the noisy fans in the bathroom and at the pool.
