2nd time staying here. Just great. Ski weekends. Our org. condo closed unexpectantly, so we were left without a room for the weekend, we drove over and BOOM had a room for the long holiday weekend with a roll away. Staff was great, didn't really hear anyone else except for some hall noise in the mornings, which is expected and it was a full house Saturday. Had a late dinner there too, it was fine for a hotel lobby express kitchen. Will be staying here next ski trip for sure. Thanks again

Booked my nephew's wedding party and guests for the weekend. What a pleasure it was to be treated like we were personal guests of the hotel staff. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We felt like we were staying in a family member's home. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Super nice Remodeling job that they have done. I however I enjoy a pool, hot tub and complementary breakfast which they had none. I also like to soak in a tub and my room only had a stand up shower.

I have never met an entire team of people so genuinely kind, supportive, and emotionally present. From the moment we arrived, they knew us all by name. They didn’t just offer hospitality they offered humanity. They sat with us at meals, listened to stories about our grandmother’s beautiful life, and shared in both our laughter and our tears. In a time filled with uncertainty and sadness, they brought us a sense of peace and connection that we will never forget. On top of the amazing staff, the hotel itself is immaculate. We are platinum members, so we were very happy to get an upgraded room with a family of four for a little more space. The only issue we had with the room was that the person in the room before us smoked in the bathroom. The bathroom does not have a fan that get rid of smoke, I sincerely hope that they fined the person! The staff did a great job trying to clean the room, even washing the walls. The kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the brewery next door and the skiing. The lattes were good and the breakfast was fine for the kids, nothing fancy. We really enjoyed our stay and we really appreciate the staff’s efforts to make us comfortable.
