A Friendly and Caring Environment||Pros: The staff, from the front desk to all the cleaning and maintenance staffers, it was top notch. The friendliest people I have ever come across in the hospitality field. The comfortable lobby and the access to the laundry services and the evening complimentary meals and access to tea, hot chocolate and more. The morning breakfast. Close proximity to excellent restaurant (Honkers) next door. Large, clean and comfortable rooms and easy access to St.Mary’s Hospital. A difficult trip made a lot easier by this hotel and staff.||Cons: None.

I stayed here for 2+ months this past summer when my daughter had her heart transplant at Mayo. The staff at Aspen became like family to me, they helped me get through it. We were back this past week for my daughters check up and as usual everything and everyone was wonderful. The breakfast food was fresh and delicious. The staff is the best ever. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The entire place is homey and cozy. It is our home away from home. Thank you so much guys ♥️ See review

We had a great service at the hotel from Calvin Barrett and the Rooms Manager Dan.|The gentleman that checked us in was not as friendly and seemed to be there to simply be there. No customer service etiquette. I can't remember his name. This would be 1/2-1/4/26.||Our toilet was also very soiled under the seat when we arrived to the room.||CALVIN and DAN make it worth staying there again to hopefully have a higher rating!

Aspen Suites Rochester was the perfect place to stay when I needed eye surgery. We stayed at the hotel the night before and the night after the surgery. It is right across the street from St Mary’s Hospital, Mayo Clinic, Rochester. There is free underground parking. We did not move the car once we got there, using uber the first evening and delivery from the Canadian Honker restaurant right next door the second evening.|The staff is friendly, the room was clean, the beds comfortable. We had the 1 bedroom 2 queen beds suite which comes with a nice kitchette and a sitting room with a sofa and a recliner. The TVs provided access to the World Series which was a bonus.|The free breakfast is very nice, and the lobby inviting and comfortable. Really, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to s
