APM Inn & Suites

I act like staying here. The people are very nice and helpful. I love the location. This place is close to restaurants and shopping. It’s a walking distance but it’s worth it. I have met a lot of great people here. They are in my situation homeless. The best part I can keep my cat with me. It’s pet friendly.

Positive: "" Negative: That the employees tried to come into my room even after I said there was someone was in the room. The employee said he had to go into the room to do maintenance. I told him to wait for me to open the door and he kept trying to open the door.

I've stayed here on and off for the last few years. The front desk staff is friendly and always striving for guest satisfaction. The beds are clean and actually comfortable. Some reviews talked about how people live here and it looks shady. I've been in extended stay and am currently staying here. It's quiet and I have had no issues at all. Anna and Amanda treat everyone like family and are wonderful!!! And pets are welcome!! Give them a try!!! You won't regret it!

This is the perfect place for someone between homes. Over the last month, you can definitely tell that the management team is taking efforts to clean up the place from the previous management. The staff is welcoming anytime you come in contact with them. Their morning messages are very thoughtful. It is definitely home away from home. Thanksgiving, they served a catered dinner for their guests who couldn't make it home for the holiday. The location couldn't be better. It's minutes from Old Town Winchester with lots of different places to eat close by. I would definitely stay here again! Amanda and her team a wonderful job! Keep it up!

Staff is super friendly. They are quick to help you with any items you may need. Pool is heated. Property is clean. This is an older hotel but the new manager Amanda is doing a great job at make improvements here.
