Anderson Inn

Positive: The price, the location, the accommodations, the quietness. Negative: There was only two outlets in my hotel room far away from comfort. One in the bathroom and one under the television and absolutely none next to the bed where most people like to relax.

The attendant was nice and helpful. It is located close to Red lobster, Wendy’s, grocery store, and strip mall. The blankets look dirty to me. There’s only 2 available outlets in the room and bathroom, not including the one for the air conditioner. You have to unplug the tv to use the microwave. The air conditioner is nice and cold. For the price it works.

I guess the rooms are ok for the price. They are actually pretty clean and unlike day's inn, there where no bedbugs or roaches. If u need a cheap room go with Anderson inn over day's inn.

Randall met me at check in. He helped me carry my luggage up to the second story. His kindness and consideration was so very much appreciated. The room was clean. The shower worked and so did sink. The bed was sleepable and was very basic. For my needs this was all I needed. The cost was within my budget. They really need newer blankets but I did not need them. Ice machine I found was not working. But all in all I would recommend this hotel as it was clean, bug free and met my needs. And again Randall was excellent. It was easily within eating places and 10 min away from my event area.

For the price I paid for this room, it was a good value for a hotel stay. I have two complaints. The refrigerator did not work. Not only did it not work, it was unplugged, and the where it was located was not even close enough for the plug to reach any of the outlets. I moved it and it still didn't work. There also was no outlet anywhere near the bed. The only free plug space was below the TV. The older gentleman working in the morning of 5/25/2025 with the leather jacket is what makes this a 4 star instead of a 2 or 3 star review. He recognized I was in town for the Indy 500 and gave me great advice. He was exceptionally friendly. I wish I would've asked his name. He rocks.
