AmeriVu Inn and Suites-Grand Forks

Very good, especially for a more budget motel. Breakfast is basic but good, surprisingly good coffee, and rare for a cheaper motel, everything was in good upkeep and no unusual smells. All in all I would definitely recommend unless you’re looking for a big pool.

Yesterday we stayed at Amerivu because we had to stay a extra day in grand forks, the highway had closed due to a blizzard, our regular hotel was fully booked so we walked into Amerivu just looking for a room to just weather the storm for the night. We were incredibly impressed, the rooms and lobby were impeccably clean, pool was small but heated, staff super friendly, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Just a really great clean hotel. This will be replacing our regular hotel and it's cheaper too. We will absolutely be staying again.

Positive: Checks all the boxes, soft beds, clean room, microwave, coffee pot, fridge. But what keeps me coming back is the staff. They go beyond their duties and try to make your stay special. Negative: ""

We've stayed at AmeriVu Inn a couple times before, so I had no qualms about reserving another night this past month. Grand Forks can get very busy and the hotels are expensive; I find AmeriVu Inn very reasonable. Each stay has been great! The rooms have been clean, the beds have been comfortable. We have had both double queen rooms and king rooms. Again, clean and roomy. I have never had an issue with noise and hearing neighbors. Staff have been friendly and helpful. I actually really like that you pay up front instead of paying at the end of your stay-you are not able to charge anything extra to your room-LOVE THAT. We have come into town early and staff accommodate an early check in each time. Will continue to stay here.

Great rates! The room was great 👍 Comfy bed, plenty of space clean and quiet great shower pressure. The only complaint we had was the overwhelming odor of the chlorine from the pool but it's to be expected as we were in room right above the pool but it was still a great stay !
