Americas Best Value Inn Stockbridge

This hotel is a scam. I purchased a room at about 7 AM and had to leave At 11 AM Because that was their checkout time they didn’t tell me that until I already had paid full price the night audit do lie and say he did which I got it all over recorded and will be posted about this hotel a little later I review hotels for a living this hotel is dirty. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please keep going some hotel should be shut down and I really think this is one of them. They scam you out your money.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping did an outstanding job—my room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also immaculate, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing. I appreciated the great selection of TV channels for winding down in the evenings, and the location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance! There were plenty of food options nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy different cuisines without needing transportation. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back....

Positive: Bathtub was washed out, no mold but floors are horrible. Wear hard bottom shoes b/c you’ll have to trash socks after stepping on floor. Negative: The sheets could’ve been cleaner also floors wasn’t mopped in months. Microwave did not work.

Bed sheets had holes and stained. Pillow cases had hair on them. I had to use my own blankets to cover the bedding and my own pillows because the ones they have had hair all on them . Towels and wash clothes were dingy. Floors not mopped.

KEEP DRIVING!!! My sister and I were headed to Florida. It was late and it was recommended by another hotel to stay at Americas Best Stockbridge, 110 Hwy 138, Stockbridge, GA — we paid $80 for a 2 queen room. We walked in, immediately we could smell marijuana coming from the adjoining neighbors door. We looked around the room. The walls were gross. The bathroom wasn’t much better. We didn’t even try to pull the covers down off the bed. We left the key and ran. After we got back on the road, we called and spoke to a staff member who spoke very little to no English. Explained the situaton, he didn’t understand anything we were trying to tell him. We asked for a refund and he said “no refund here, You welcome anytime I give you key”
