I stayed here overnight because a friend rented me a room while I’m between places. When I stepped out with my dog, the key suddenly stopped working and I got locked out in freezing weather. Even though I had the key in hand, and even after I provided my ID and could verify everything, the front desk refused to let me into the room because the reservation wasn’t under my name. The employee also asked to hold my phone and then walked away with it, which made me extremely uncomfortable. If my friend hadn’t picked up the phone at 3 a.m., I have no idea what the staff expected me to do. They were not helpful and showed no concern for safety or common sense. On top of that, the room itself was dirty and the comforter had cigarette burns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is run down, nasty, and the staff are crude.||In the room that we had, we noticed water running down the wall from the unit above. We were informed that the upstairs resident changed the shower head, and it leaked. I said why are hotel guests allowed to change the plumbing. The maintenance guy said "she works here, she can do anything she wants.". Apparently, employees are homeless people who are required to work to put a roof over their head. While we were there, there was a large police presence, along with the coroner's van.. We were told that bodies are removed from the rooms regularly.

The guy at the desk was very nice! we got to see the room before agreeing to reserve it for the night. the one we got must’ve been someone’s long-term place cuz they decided the headboard and lampshade needed their name on it. i could tell they tried to clean it off and make it better, but that doesn’t work too well on a white lampshade. lots of rooms there, so i can’t speak for the overall quality. the bathroom light was missing. like, wires-outta-the-wall missing. bathroom was surprisingly decent. i’d go back for a night if i needed to. decent for price, better than some other places for sure. it’s more of a motel vibe so make sure to get a place on the first floor if you don’t want to deal with stairs and walking a ton. breakfast area was closed when we went, but the main desk/lobby are

I rented a room here,they charged me $20 extra dollars to check in before 3. And my room had bed bugs, they would not give me another room nor would they give me a refund. The manager refused to talk to me about the situation and had his employees keep putting me off not wanting to address the situation.
