Ambassador Inn & Suites Tuscaloosa University I-20

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel when I visited Tuscaloosa. The accommodations were luxurious, and I was delighted with all the facilities I had access to. It was a wise decision to choose this hotel. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff, particularly Lisa, who worked at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and provided valuable suggestions and answers to my inquiries. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Had a great stay at the Ambassador Inn for our trip to Tuscaloosa. Clean rooms, easy overnight check in, and friendly staff - especially Lisa at the front desk!

Positive: "" Negative: I requested a non smoking room and I check in and they only have smoking rooms available. And checking in with a sinus infection only aggravated it worse couch was staying horribly. The carpet was terrible. Didn?t wanna walk on it with my bare feet.

The owner and his staff were helpful, we had questions about the mini fridge (we had insulin for a pup) & he was up in just a few minutes, he was so kind, asking of anything he could improve, or anything we’d like to see in the future. The room was absolutely GREAT! The beds were extremely comfortable (we read reviews that said the beds were comfortable) and they in fact were, location was 8 minutes from the stadium, hotel smelled nice, just an over all great experience, we’ll be back!!! We were strapped for time as me and my friend worked the day before, and staff helped us have a great experience!

The accommodation was exceptional, and the caliber of service was truly exemplary. Our room appeared immaculately maintained and remarkably invigorating. I greatly appreciated the overall ambience of the hotel and the gracious, hospitable staff—particularly Lisa, whose radiant disposition and benevolence stood out. The complimentary breakfast further enhanced the experience.
