Aloft San Jose Cupertino

The hotel is very comfortable, and I really loved the service. Our room was spacious and super cozy. There was a small mix-up in the bathroom — there were two conditioners instead of shampoo — but we mentioned it to the front desk, and they immediately brought us a new shampoo. The staff handled it so quickly and kindly! For me, that level of attention and service makes all the difference. Overall, we had a great experience! Parking Free

A unique experience at the Aloft. Great art and design, nice little pool with an evening bar adjacent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming . enjoyed the comfortable room and especially, the bed, pillows and linens. Slept very well So overall, was a comfortable stay at this little hotel in Cupertino.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and meeting. Staff was wonderful especially MARIA!! She was amazing! Her service and food were excellent. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. ||If you’re planning a business trip and need meeting space, this is a great option. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Average hotel. Disappointed with the towels like postage stamps. Amenities were very nice. Jacuzzi nice and hot. Free coffee was a plus. Rooms were spacious. Pool tble and bar area was fun. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Very helpful. Free coffee was nice. They had a cart for our luggage that was extremely helpful. Hotel also offered free bottled water in the rooms

We were immediately greeted by Phung, who was very pleasant and welcoming. From the lobby to the room, we were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were hardwood floor but was still pretty quiet. They also have a clean gym located on the second floor and a pretty good selection at the snack bar.
