I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for three nights during a conference. The front desk and cleaning crew were incredibly friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel was conveniently located directly across from the convention center. They offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was a restaurant within the hotel itself. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff came daily to ensure the rooms stayed spotless. The toilet flusher required some effort to flush the bowl, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience and the water in the sinks drained quickly. As a precaution, I always check the seams of the mattress for any brown stains that could indicate bed bugs, but I didn’t find any during my stay. Overall, I had a great time at th

My husband and I enjoyed our room overall. We didn't smell or see any mold as other reviews did. The bed was comfortable. The window blinds do a good job of blocking the light so we could sleep. The location was perfect for us. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is quite loud as others say. It's also programmed to turn on once it gets really hot, so the room gets super hot, then super cold, back and forth and we found it very difficult to sleep. Another problem is that when we checked in for our one night, we were told that we had a $15 voucher for the bar or for breakfast to help with the cost of the $25 destination fee. I came down to Boston for a convention. I couldn’t get in the main hotel so I booked here as one of the overflows. What was initial disappointment turned into relief. This hotel is a hidden gem. Everything is so clean, the staff is so friendly. We had the SWEETEST cleaner; Latika Naluah. Oh my goodness. She fully accommodated us, and made sure we were taken care of. She was so professional yet and treated my sister and I like family. She felt like my mom in the best way. And the food at the hotel bar? It blows the other nearby hotels out of the water. Overall I would highly highly highly recommend staying here if you are look for a fairly priced, clean and friendly hotel to stay at the seaport in Boston. I know I found my new hotel for Boston trips in the future.

I am quite familiar with other Marriott hotels as a Bonvoy Gold Elete member. I stayed there as it is close to the Boston Convention Center. I made my registration through the Bonvoy app and requested blankets as the Marriott duvets are too hot. They make me wake up perspiring. Removing them makes it too cold. They did not honor my request. |They do have the best elevator system that I have ever seen. There is a terminal that you enter your floor number, and it tells you which elevator you will take, and the elevator is there immediately. It is the best system ever.
