Aloft Alpharetta

I checked in on 2/13/2026, around 1 pm. I think. the young lady at the desk was warm and welcoming and so was the guy that was sitting around her, the staff spoke, there was a guy cleaning the lobby, he stop to let me pass. the room was clean and quiet, the hallway smelled really good. the young lady at the desk over night was so nice, I actually appreciate the care of the staff at this hotel. I will definitely be back, I enjoyed my stay.. awesome team!!

This was my first time staying here. My guest and i really loved it. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and its located is in a good area. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Positive: Room was okay Negative: They double billed my credit card and refused to give me a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. There's no excuse for this nonsense. Worst customer service at a hotel ever.Terrible manager.

Our stay was disappointing, to say the least. Our room smelled strongly of marijuana, making it an unpleasant experience. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told we would not receive a refund if we checked out due to the discounted rate we had received. Our family chose to check out anyway and find another hotel. Aloft’s lobbies and common areas are welcoming and well designed, which makes it even more disappointing that the guest rooms are so lackluster. I will never stay at an Aloft property again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not waste your time or money. The GM Shannon is very nasty, rude, and distasteful. She has zero professionalism or customer service. A bunch of new people working in this place who don’t know what they are doing and make promises they can’t keep. Rooms are dirty. House keeping doesn’t come even if requested. Instead of addressing the issues or offering an apology, the manager blamed me. I expected at least basic courtesy and accountability, but unfortunately received neither. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. GM Shannon with the red glasses needs to be sent to training and learn how to talk to people. She sucks. Horrible customer service.
