Very clean , quiet, NO ROACHES whatsoever, this is a hidden gem and it's only $55 flat rate with tax per night, thats it

Quiet nice rooms clean.. monthly weekly and daily rates.. they come a couple days a week for bed linens and towels.. it's kind of hidden out of the way from Franklin Gateway.. if you know what I mean.. so far a nice stay

Roaches, weekly rates on sign is false 189 a week but 235 been there more than 30 days, room service don't clean up properly just drop off supplies no mopping cleaning up no beds made up on the clean up day. Again infested in roaches.

Just moved in, but I. Like the walk in shower and a fridge It's been a year and I still like it here. It is a motel that is a extended stay I have been there over a year Nice neighbors and centrally located to everything I still live here the only thing that changed is the price. I have been here for almost 2 years everything is that same Rent went up a few months ago

Pretty nice rooms they have a comforty homey feeling. Doesn't feel like a extended stay. Just be sure to have bug spray on hand. A few cricketers. Very reasonable prices!
