Affordable Suites Jacksonville

I stayed at Affordable Suites of America, in Jacksonville NC. I had an amazing experience here. The house Keepers are truly the sweetest. The manager was phenomenal. He worked so well with us needing a bottom floor room(apartment). The rooms are like mini apartments. And so clean!

Rooms were claimed to be "non smoking" yet reaked of old cigarette odor. Cleaning needs to be stepped up a big notch. Lots of dust and hair especially on baseboards in corners. Stove and stove fan were unsanitary and not fully functional. Food debris in utensil drawers and in cupboards. Bedspread had dog hair on it. There were no hangers in the closet. Soap and towels were provided, but no tissues. No dishtowels or dishcloths provided. The suite needed a thorough deep cleaning overall. Left it cleaner than when we arrived. Did not feel condition of hotel was up to standard.

Me and my family stay there for a couple of days while my house was being fixed. The staff and the manager are awesome. The prices really great can’t complain Michael is a great manager. He will walk you through it and take care of you. Thank you guys. Appreciate your service.

Mr Mike does his very best job to help everyone in the hotel feel comfortable and safe, the house keepers do their jobs an offer help a service to anyone needing it. A rooms are clean and I felt very comfortable there an enjoy my stay!!! Will absolutely be recommending to others a coming back to stay again my self!!!

I Stayed Long Term and Mr.Mike is PHENOMENAL! Always went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible! Housekeeping is friendly and professional made sure I had any amenities that I needed in a timely manner. Room was clean and love that it comes with full kitchen 🥰!
