Service was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks

Positive: The fact that they are pet friendly. Negative: When I got to the office door to check in, the door was locked, the "manager" who answered my knock was extremely rude. She acted as though I had no reservation, charged me another $150.00 for the dogs, and never welcomed me at all.

Not a bad place if you need somewhere to go for a night or 2. Room was clean, people at the front were nice. Shower had great water pressure and all amenities in the room worked fine. Oven was a little suspicious but still worked! Bed was comfy and clean. Would definitely come back if I needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights

During my week here, I witnessed multiple concerning incidents, including police presence on two separate days and suspicious activity in the parking lot. The pool was non-functional, TVs had poor reception, and the strong odor of marijuana was noticeable throughout the property. I also overheard shouting from nearby rooms, which made the environment feel chaotic and unsettling. On the positive side, Assistant Manager Shawn, the housekeepers, and the maintenance staff (especially Doc) were incredibly friendly and responsive. They went out of their way to help with any questions I had. Unfortunately, upper management—particularly the General Manager Crystel—was dismissive of concerns, and the overall leadership made it difficult to feel safe or respected while being here.
