If you are a large person ask for a lower floor. Stairs will give you vertigo. Bathrooms are tiny. No good chair or couch in the room. But of you just need a place to crash the location is primo!

Super easy to check in/out with text message and a pin to the door. I think my main plus is that you are in a great location - walking distance to the park and back bay station. It was quite clean, but could use some fresh paint in the bathroom and rooms. My room felt safe with two door locks - included a tiny fridge, microwave, towels, bedlinens, TV, WiFi. The floor I was on shared a bathroom with four other rooms/units. Disliked · It could use a touch up to just freshen up the rooms. Also, if you don't mind noise, you'll be fine. I could hear the doors closing/opening but also when people would walk up the stairs. Also, Friday night was more noisy as well. Also, the water in the shower wasn't too warm or even there at all. Experience was not good and so was the host. The room is facing the train tracks and the highway so you get noise for most of the night and very early in the morning. The bed in the room is not for a person 6 foot tall. Don't get book and get locked in because there is no reasonableness on the host end and you have no way out but to cut your losses. By the way, the rooms are not what they appear on posted review. I am trying to post pictures of exactly what you get once I can figure out how to do it.

Actually the worst Airbnb I ever visited. Extremely Noisy and bright rooms. Rooms look unfinished and nothing really works. Bathroom is gross and the laundry system is completely unusable. Bad in all ways, if you can manage to get a different place, it can’t be much worse than this… Stay away.

The place is in a perfect location to the nearby Park, trains, restaurants, Chinatown and theater district. The place needs renovation, the stairs are steep and sideways not balanced, bathroom needs upgrades. It would be nice if the sheets were changed more frequently than what they have now, 3-4 days.
