Code didn't work to get in. Didn't work for the second person that arrived either. We both called several numbers, left messages, emails, and no response until an hour later. Luckily the third person that came by had a code that worked. Speaking with the other guests, this was a common problem amongst them. If they aren't going to have staff immediately available, they need to give out codes that work to everyone. Heat in apartment didn't work. Very little blankets were provided to stay warm. Cute apartment otherwise, and in a great location. For what they charge though, you're better off somewhere else.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The apartment was easy to locate and I felt very safe. The Prudential Center (& Green line) as well as the Orange line were both under a 10 min walk. The staff at Maverick have been extremely helpful from before I even booked! Anytime I have reached out, they have responded quickly and immediately answering any question I had! Thank you! I will definitely book with you again! The only suggestion I have is to have a full length mirror in the apartment. You can buy one for $10 at Target or Walmart.

I was actually at 400 Columbus Ave but may be similar. Very expensive for very small room. Pretty tired furnishings, bathroom across public corridor, stairs very unsafe. A/c too noisy to use at night. Would not go again.

Earplugs will help for sleeping. Not for traffic but for footsteps above you or sounds from adjacent units. Clean, well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location for attractions, dining, public transportation.

Awesome place to stay in Boston, can cook inside, TV is available. Back side having some open space where you can have morning tea with your friends and family. Very close to back bay station, Sharaton hotel, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harward University, and Charles river.
