Y Motel

A true gem in this beautiful little town. I had a business training in Pagosa, Colorado, and finding this cute, comfortable motel was exactly what I needed. It’s perfectly situated by the beautiful river, close to local stores, and conveniently near the highways for easy travel. The room struck the perfect balance: it had everything necessary for a business traveler but still maintained a quaint, cozy feel that perfectly matched the charm of the little town. Relaxing here after long, hard days of training was an absolute delight. Five stars – I’ll definitely be back for a leisure trip next time.

It is very comfortable and clean! And affordable. The owner was very nice and had good customer service skills and helpful.

This motel is a GEM! I almost didn't stay here because of the mixed reviews but I also don't enjoy paying resort fees when all I'm looking for is a decent place to shower and sleep for one night while I'm on the road. I stayed in one of the basic cabins, so no kitchen, and yes it was small which is normal for classic hotel/motel rooms, but it was also clean, cozy, had comfortable bed/pillows, the TV and Wi-Fi worked, the coffee maker was acceptable and stocked, and there was both heat and air conditioning. The shower had nice water pressure, was hot, and the towels were big and fluffy. I had no issues getting into the room - Barb text messaged the instructions in advance and they were clear and easy to follow. I just had to share my amazing experience at this place! The rooms were spotless and the best part was having a room with a full bed and a bunk bed, perfect for my little family. The owner is always quick to respond - I asked for extra towels and she brought them over right away. I definitely give this place a five-star rating!

This is a fantastic spot & hiker-friendly. Barb is genuine, friendly, and super helpful with local advice. She let me air out my tent on the front lawn & went above & beyond accommodating me when my schedule changed. Super comfy & reasonably priced rest after a week in the mountains, right across the street from a solid grocery store & next to a hidden gem Mexican take-out place. Bus towards Santa Fe also leaves right out front. Such a good vibe, I am a return customer :)
