Vista Del Rio Lodge

Stayed there three nights last week. Lovely little cabins. Rustic and unique. Fridge, m/w, coffee maker and hair dryer in room. I had ADA compliant bathroom. . Large room. Nice vibe. I’d definitely stay there again if in that area.

This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly. Did not partake of the Continental breakfast. There are very nice, shaded areas with tables, chairs and grills in the back on green grass, with trees, and pretty flowers. There a pretty hanging plants with beautiful flowers that the hummingbirds just love. The only complaint would be the thin walls between rooms. My neighbor was up sick all night and I heard it all. Would stay here again.

Was snowed in and had to find a place to stay Saw the reviews and felt like it was a good fit. I was greeted by Anna who was such a kind soul and provided such useful info and was very accommodating The rooms are nice and affordable I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stay at this lodge

We've stayed in Chama multiple times, but this was by far our favorite lodging. The rooms are spotless and comfortable (though the bathrooms are a tad small), WiFi is free and very fast, and the breakfast is the best free included one we've found anywhere. Very friendly staff and ownership, grounds kept impeccably and available to hang out, picnic, play lawn games, or just stroll by the river. Convenient location near grocery, gas station, and visitor center. Great spot as a base for exploring the area.

A very nice place. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Bed was very good. Facility has plenty of parking. There are 2-3 covered picnic table areas with grilles at the back of the facility. They are also lit. Staff very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning. Thanks for a great place!
