I stay here when in the area especially when I do the Winter Wonderland Event; the fact they know me by sight and remember my name is absolutely wonderful. Makes me feel at home.||Sadly, I/we miss the California Cafe... the little set-up in the lobby is okay, but the restaurant being closed and a limited choice of items especially a hot breakfast was unexpected. Miss getting to see Rick and Mary! Mahogany's is nice and the staff always a pleasure to see; but... the menu is very limited and missed being able to order the items that used to be on the menu shared with the restaurant (California Cafe). Please bring it back.

Positive: The location to my destination. Negative: I was told that Corporate closed the California Cafe b/c it wasn’t profitable. That was a perk of staying here in years past. Please reconsider reopening, and maybe advertise it a bit better to the community outside of hotel guests to boost revenue.

Dear Wyndham Employee, Please provide me with a invoice showing that I paid for the trip. I gave you the actual key and you requested that I place it in the bowl that was setting on the counter. which I did. Also, I left without getting any paperwork from you. Can you send it to me electonically to my email address? I would truly appreciate it. And just a quick reminder that we only stayed one night and had to leave due to a family emergency. My spouse and I both felt that you all showed a lot of empathy and true kindness and that meant a whole lot to us. Thank you so much!! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me if need be. The hotel has a great indoor pool and jacuzzi - it’s very clean (plus outdoor in summer weather). There is a great park next door for kids. Plus they have self serve laundry. The staff are very helpful. Great value.

I have stayed here for years during my travels during pollination season to the valley. I usually stay here do to the safer and ease of location to park my truck. List of some things during my last stay why it will be the the last. Disgusting tile in bathroom, 4th floor so probably was an overflow room and hadn't been remodeled. Hair on the sheets Door to room 401 is falling apart at the bottom. Ac in room did not work. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken. No longer serve the complimentary breakfast.. but you can pay for an overpriced coffee. Hotel hall ways smelled very bad of sewage Room phone did not work. No more room service. Told front desk lady and her response was I cant help you, you purchased on hotels.com I paid 250 for that night! What a Joke!
