Best Western Visalia Hotel

This is a great friendly spot for truck drivers. The parking lot has plenty of room, combining the app or using the truckers rate I always find good deals. As a frequent member I am constantly upgraded they make payment very easy. Park nearby for fresh air small gym but it does the job. Management is very friendly makes my frequent stays comfortable and easy.

I picked it Best West because you offered overnight charging for my Tesla, a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable, the only strike was no liquid soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers. Breakfast was fine but Amanda was a highlight. She’s cheery and very helpful, even providing detailed maps of the Sequoias National Park that will make my trip much more enjoyable. Very appreciative of her information. I’d give her a raise!!

The staff were very polite and amazing! Checking on us to see if the room was ok and if they needed to do anything. One of the staff in the breakfast area was extremely cheery and had great customer service. However, the hotel did have a smell when walking in. We also used the stairway which absolutely smelled rancid. Seems the carpet needs to be deep shampooed or replaced. Once inside the room it was clean and didn’t have a smell. Our room specifically had a broken screen window and cracks along the walls and window sill seems it just needs a contractor to make some adjustments there.

Buckle up its story time! 3/3-3/4/2026 My partner and I travel frequently and often stay at Best westerns. We are platinum members and usually the staff is nice and accommodating and the hotels are clean. On this occasion we arrived late in the evening and we usually ask if there is a room that overlooks the parking lot, so we can keep an eye on our van. The front desk attendant in the evening - Ashley was so sweet and welcoming. They accommodated our request and also gave us an upgrade which was awesome since we would be there for about a week. In the morning we woke up early for work and went out to the parking lot to move our van closer to the view of the room. When we came back inside - we walked towards breakfast (it was about 7am) and a white woman approached us and rudely asked “w

Positive: Breakfast was good and well stocked. Negative: Old and grungy and dirty. Did not meet the star rating expectations. I would never stay here again.
