**DO NOT RECOMMEND** This place was an absolute disaster. We came in after a long 11 hour drive from Colorado and the place was disgusting. We did a quick check for bugs and didnt see any, so we took a chance because it was 2am and didnt have it in us to flee. The outlets were falling out of the wall, drips of unknown liquids on the walls and floors and switches. Stains on all the furniture. Holes in the hallways leading to the rooms. Mold in the bathrooms and dirt from previous guests. Most of the building had signs saying do not enter - even to the lobby - probably because the place is CRUMBLING and even the staff was trying to warn us to not stay here because they were not friendly. Stay anywhere else but here! Sleeping in our car would have probably been better. Glad we skipped the bre

My Honest Review of Wyndham Hotel I would not recommend staying at this Wyndham location. My experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The rooms smelled like mildew, and the hallways had strong odors of cigarettes, marijuana, and must. It did not feel clean or well maintained. The TV signal barely worked, and you could hear everything and everyone walking through the halls there’s no privacy. Security is also a concern. Anyone can walk right into the hotel. The outside doors only lock around certain areas of the building, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not stay here again. Please do your research before booking. I only stayed bc my 4 year old have surgery in the m

This was the absolute WORST experience my wife and I have ever had. I never write reviews, but I feel the need to warn others. Okay let's begin. I booked 1 king bedroom and was given a 2 twin/queen bedroom that smelled awful. I thought it smelled like wet carpet, while my wife insists it smelled like urine. Fortunately, that was corrected and we were given the correct room. ||We stayed for 3 nights. ||We did not have enough bath towels, so I had to ask 2 different staff members at the front on the first night. Never got them on day 1. We finally got them on day 2 towards the evening. ||The room did not have a hair dryer, even though it was a listed amenity. My wife needed it to blow dry her hair for a wedding. The person downstairs said they would have one of the cleaners get it for us - t

Not sure if we arrived at a bad time or what, but we entered the lobby as about 6 families were fighting for refunds at the front desk. Some of the complaints included a room that looked like a janitors closet, smoke smells in the rooms, stinky smells in the halls, the pool was out of service for the holidays (Christmas/ New Years), and bed bugs. Service was rude to some of the guest (not us) and even led to the police being called. After the clearing, my team and I were able to get our rooms after adding a credit card for the deposit which was an unexpected expense. But that's nothing unusual. We received our 4 rooms with only a major issue with one. Pee stains on the mattress, which also caught my eye to something I've never seen before which is removable mattress covers. Which means th

Very very poor!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room for my children and I to swim. Upon arrival I noticed at the front desk there was sign that said pool was closed for emergency maintenance. I asked the front desk before checking in to confirm pool was down and if I could cancel as we only got the hotel for the pool. I was instructed to contact booking.com. Boy let me tell you that was so so much back and forth it was ridiculous!!!!!! I was told by booking .com that the manager wasn’t on the property and I would have to wait until the next morning. I waiting called the property I was told manager was onsite and the would give me a full refund. Then called booking .com. Booking.com then called the property in which they tried to stay my kids and I were there for 4 hours. HA ABSOLUTELY NOT!
