The Farnam, Autograph Collection

I stayed here one night when my flight home was cancelled. There is massive construction on the street in front of the hotel. No one was at the door to greet me. I have titanium status but wasn't given an upgrade, only asked if I preferred a high floor. I was not recognized as a Bonvoy member either. The standard room is nice. I was not told about breakfast benefits or given clear directions about self parking. Learned later that it's separate from the hotel. Overall I did not feel welcomed, maybe I came on an off day but definitely had a very different experience from what everyone raved about here. I had such high expectations! Not sure I'll stay here again. I'm staying at another Autograph hotel in March, hoping for a better experience.

My parents had the most wonderful experience celebrating their 55th anniversary weekend at this beautiful hotel which was part of a weekend get away we planned for them. From the moment they arrived, everything felt warm, elegant, and thoughtfully prepared — but what truly made the stay exceptional was the incredible care shown by the manager Sam. He went above and beyond to make their anniversary unforgettable. Every detail was handled with genuine kindness and professionalism, from a warm welcome at check-in to thoughtful surprises that made my parents feel truly celebrated. It wasn’t just great service — it was heartfelt hospitality! My parents couldn’t stop talking about how cared for and special they felt throughout their stay. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! From the instant we drove up we were greeted by valet that is instantly grabbing bags, holding doors, and genuinely caring about you. Then you get the pleasure of checking in at the front desk of Sam and Camille, who are without a doubt the best in the industry. They instantly are a vibe and ready to do whatever they can to help make your stay the best it possibly can be. Sam and Camille are truly one of a kind at providing top tier service. They make you feel like you’re family everytime they see you and always eager to check in on you and your stay. I can’t say enough good things about the Farnam hotel. As someone who travels about 45 weeks a year, I’ve been to a lot of hotels. Prior to discovering the Farnam, I stayed at almost every hotel in downtown Omaha. The farnam is an entire class above. Sam and Scott at the front desk remembered my name by my second stay. Derrick at the valet stand is on the ball. Sara at the bar has amazing suggestions and is a great bartender. I started spending more and more time at the property until I eventually moved a block away, I loved the neighborhood so much. I even stayed there during two moving transitions. My sister and I stayed at The Farnam Hotel from Saturday, December 20, 2025, to Sunday, December 21, 2025, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. As working moms with busy lives and young children, this night away was incredibly special to us. It gave us the chance to enjoy the holiday season together, soak in the spirit of Christmas, and even wrap presents without curious little eyes helping keep the magic of Santa alive in our homes. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Camilla at the front desk was absolutely wonderful both days warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The valet team went above and beyond, helping us with all of our packages and carrying everything to and from our room and our cars with such kindness and professionalism. Every interaction made
