Hilton Omaha

For context, I’ve stayed at over 50 Hilton properties in 2025. This Hilton is incredible. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Rooms are modern and temperature control works great. Bed was very comfortable. Service is where this hotel shines. Front desk staff is so nice and helpful. We had a small issue and not only did they fix it right away, they left us a note and thanked us for our business. Unlike most hotels, the hotel restaurant was actually delicious with great prices. The hotel is connected to the CHI center so if you are going to an event it’s a no brainer to stay here. Gym has a sauna and pool/hot tub. This is the only hotel I’ll be staying at in the future when visiting Omaha.

Elizabeth was exceptional! So helpful with recommendations and quick service - she was friendly and courteous. Every dish we had was delicious, we sampled from each others’ plates like the mushroom risotto, shrimp linguini and the waygu burger. We will definitely be back, and hopefully in Elizabeth’s section!

We had such a fantastic brunch at Nick's Quorum! The food was absolutely delicious! What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was our server, Nancy. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming! I will definitely be back!!

Perfect for us this holiday Christmas! Started as a surprise weekend for the two of us, with a twist. Flew my daughter in to suprise her, the airport made that easier! The restaurant staff were able to make reservations for three while my wife was telling them two from behind me...great restaurant & exceptional service especially for ciliac/gluten diets! We were expertly taken care of starting at the evening meal and later the breakfast meal too! Great food, we had the prime rib, salmon & filet to start, a few other extras & desserts.| Pool, hot tub, sauna all great, quiet , not cold pool! Well equiped exercise area too, if ya do that.|Rooms clean, quiet, lots of hot water. Paige was awesome! She provided service with a smile and was willing to take the time to explain all of the best dishes on the menu, and she talked me into the prime rib benedict! It was so good... She was very sweet and took very good care of me.😃🌸 Melissa at the front desk was also very welcoming and kind to me! Thanks to everyone for a super comfy stay.
