Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market

I stayed here for business and had a good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and room service was convenient after a long day. The vegetables (potatoes and broccoli) were excellent and the drinks were well made. My steak was a bit overcooked, and the room didn’t have quite the variety of toiletries I usually expect from a Hilton property. Overall though, a pleasant stay and I would return.

What a very nice experience! |The bed is just like being at home, the room was comfortable and a pleasure after a hard day!|The free cooked breakfast was really good and the cooks were friendly and did a good job with a custom omelet!|I do have one issue that happened...I goofed up and left my pill dispenser out on the counter top by the sink....somehow, someway someone emptied out all my medications (not a trace) there was 2 weeks of medications and since I am a heart patient, there were anti coagulant and blood pressure and heart pills in there....I can't imagine what would happen if someone took them thinking they would get high!?!?!?|Overall I highly recommend this property, they keep everything clean and in like new operational shape!|The hotel manager Yasmin was super friendly and a

We had a great staycation downtown! Sophia was great checking in & following up. She had called before we checked in stating the pool was down for the night & offered free cancelation. We weren't there for the pool so we checked in with no issues. Great location, great rooms, great staff! We will definitely be back!

Positive: Location was great for our purpose on this trip. The full breakfast was a real plus as well. We were only able to enjoy the afternoon reception one day of our stay, but it was nice to have it available. We enjoyed it. The valet parking was a plus! Negative: Our room (442) had a musty smell.

I had a great stay at Embassy Suites Omaha Downtown Old Market. The entire staff made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The bar service was excellent, the valet team was quick and professional, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive every day….and night. They truly made the hotel feel like a home away from home. Keep up the amazing work!
