My recent stay at the hotel near UNMC in Omaha was transformed into an exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding customer service, especially from a staff member named Ana. What was expected to be a brief stay turned into an 18-day period filled with physical and emotional challenges, and Ana’s kindness and genuine care made all the difference. Ana went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible accommodations, taking the time to understand our situation and offering personalized support every night. Her ability to provide peace and comfort during a difficult time, while maintaining the utmost professionalism, was truly remarkable. I stayed at this hotel for an extended amount of time for work. The first several weeks there I did not have any issues. The biggest issues that began popping up had to do with having my room cleaned. It got to the point by the end of my time in this hotel that I had to go to the front desk, multiple times a week and beg to have my room cleaned by housekeeping. There is one point for my room was not cleaned for two weeks, and I had to change my own sheets and towel as I cannot get housekeeping to do this for me. The front desk repeatedly disregarded my request to have my room cleaned every week. Depending on who is working at the front desk, they would act like I was being unreasonable requesting to have my room cleaned more than once a week. Several times I was given the excuse of we had

I had a great stay. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Let's start off early, Ana Matos (front desk) was outstanding. She explained everything, exhibited class pride and dignity representing the hotel. I stayed for three weeks, on a long detail, and every evening her attitude, personality shined each time. She is management material, thru and thru. In thirty years of Law Enforcement, I have never come across anyone like her. From Ultra five star hotels, she was a seven star. No comparison!!

I stayed at this place for 4 weeks. I had a suite with a kitchenette. The room itself was nice and clean. The only complaint I had was the fridge was not holding the temperature well. It stayed cool but not cold. And the couch was not very comfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed the room. The kitchen in the main lobby downstairs serves breakfast every morning which was just ok. It's the same items every morning, which is suited to make breakfast sandwiches. The hotel staff were nice. And the room service ladies do a good job of keeping your room clean. They work really hard and I appreciated them. The location of the hotel is ideal. Close to many things downtown and midtown. If im ever back in Omaha, I would stay there again.
