Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha - Millard Area by IHG

This hotel is great! First the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are happy to help you in anyway they are able to. Their breakfast is also fantastic! The location is great as it's right next to stores in case you forgot anything. It is also near major intersections in Omaha to help you get around without too much stress.

Nice Hotel - always know what you get with a Holiday Inn...clean, comfortable..etc. Some issues areas with this facility: 1) did / could not honor request for a room close to elevator - due to customer mobility issues...they need to pay attention to these requests and plan ahead!!! 2) TV screens on exercise equipment did not work. Good: staff working the breakfast buffet. - friendly, constantly cleaning and replenishing food items.

Highly recommend this hotel based on clean and comfortable rooms. Professional and courteous staff. Easy check in and out process. Temperature control in room was excellent. The air conditioner was not noisy allowing for a good night's sleep. Bathroom amenities and room amenities provided for a great experience.

Enjoyed the hotel, lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The things I didn't like- the mini fridge was barely cold, I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and the knob was off so I couldn't make it colder. So I had my medicine in the ice bucket the time at the hotel. Also the bagels were rock hard I'm not sure if they even replace them or check them.

Room 416 doesn't have hot water. It has warm water. It is 10 degrees outside. After a full day in airports who doesn't want a HOT shower? Well, in room 416 you can't have one. Desk staff was great and accommodating. I was moved to a room with HOT water. Just know your experience may be extremely disappointing. There is a Hampton Inn close. You may want to try that instead.
