Wyndham Grand Executive Center Little Rock Airport

PART 1 : Where do I begin? I checked into this hotel 2/23. Upon check in, there was an initial mix up with rooms, however it happens sometimes such.I was originally checked into 504, then 405. Then finally to 515 which didn't have a phone inside the room either. My stay was for 3 nights, the second night I was here I tried the restaurant and ordered loaded fries no bacon to go. I received the fries it took about 25 min, for fries, I assumed they'd be fresh, once I reached my room the fries were quite hard, and so was the cheese, I also still saw bits and pieces of bacon on my fries, I didn't eat them I trashed them. However, I disregarded that, along with the switching of rooms. That 2nd night of me sleeping in room 515 I woke up to burning and itching on my forehead. Im quite allergic to

Excellent service Kimberly and Calvin are a fantastic example of what customer service should be like i cannot commend them enough for their help during my stay I highly recommend staying here if you ever in Little Rock.

Reasonable accommodation, clean rooms, close to the airport. Nothing fancy, but nothing wrong either. Value for money if you are a business traveler for a short duration.
