Capital Hotel

Fantastic check-in experience at Capital Hotel during marathon weekend. Matt at the front desk was phenomenal—welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He shared interesting history about the hotel’s 150-year legacy, accommodated my early check-in after a morning flight, and clearly explained dining and room service options for race day. The room was excellent, and the service truly stood out. I would absolutely stay here again when returning to Little Rock. Thank you, Matt!!

This was the nicest and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled extensively in the US and to a lesser extent worldwide. This place took me completely by surprise in the best possible way. It is stunning! Additionally, the service was phenomenal. I know my room was reset and cleaned at least twice/day during my stay, but I never saw a person. It was like magic. The doorman and the concierge were friendly and helpful. I hope I have the opportunity to return

We stayed at The Capital Hotel in Little Rock last night and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere stood out. Billy at Valet and Kyle at the Bar & Grill both went above and beyond—kind, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. They really helped make our stay memorable. If you eat at the restaurant, do yourself a favor and get the lamb—it was absolutely fantastic, the best we’ve ever had. The foyer and common areas are stately and elegant, truly fitting the name “Capital.” Our room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was spotless, the bed and bath were excellent, the TV worked perfectly, and we slept soundly with no noise at all. This hotel is truly amazing, and we will definitely be returning.

The location was convenient and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and spacious and smelled very clean. We ate at the Capital Grill and the food was super yummy! My only minor complaint was that a coffee pot was not available in our room and there is no room service. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, it ends service at 9:00 am. These were just minor things but might affect your morning plans if you’re a late sleeper. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas!

Very comfortable stay Large beautiful lobby. Check in & valet were smooth & friendly. Room was large & quiet. Bed very comfortable. |Downstairs restaurant had limited selection but food was solid. Largest elevator we have ever seen in a hotel!
