Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock-West by IHG

Didn't even get through check in due to the lady at the front desk, her attitude was absolutely horrible! While we were waiting to check-in she hung up on three potential clients and cussed out a current customer who ended up leaving as she hollered good luck to them. Had to fight for our refund and then only got a partial! As we were leaving she screamed something about how we were racist white people. She is definitely the reason that place is going under!!!

Clean rooms and super nice man who was at the front desk that checked us in. Don't have anything bad to say about this place. It was rated well and despite questionable neighborhoods in the area while driving in, I felt perfectly safe here. It's sort of tucked away anyways and just clean throughout. Good breakfast too.

Everything thing was wonderful, from check in to check out! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, room was very spacious and comfortable, had all of the amenities. Bed was comfortable and had two pillows to choose from, soft or a more firm one. It was very quiet, no street noise. Breakfast and coffee were very good. Check out time was 12:00, which made for a very relaxing morning without having to rush out! Will stay here again, and would highly recommend!

Convenient locstion. Very nice, clean, newly remodeled. Would stay again for the quality & location, but the 5th star I won't give it is due to having one of the smallest parking lots of any national chain I have ever stayed at.

NO in room coffee, only 2 little cups for the room with none in the bathroom and not a fan of the sofa with no pillows or cushions. It is VERY clean and the staff are super friendly but I am just not fan of no in room coffee maker and the sterile feeling of this location. The sofa was like sitting on a school bus with no back cushions or pillows. Weird layout of the room.
