Little Rock Marriott

Rey and his valet team were outstanding! We were traveling with a large family, and they helped us get situated quickly and professionally. When my wife forgot items in the vehicle, Rey handled it immediately without hesitation. He made us feel welcomed and consistently addressed us by our last name, which was a great personal touch. Even with a large crowd waiting, he and his team managed everything calmly and efficiently. Excellent service!

Check-in was very politely and professionally handled by the staff. I require a handicapped room and it was great!. The bathroom facilities are roomy enough to accomodate my wheeled walker with ease, and the beds are low enough that I don't have to jump to go to bed.|The elevator situation needs to be addressed. If you can't use the escalator, the very questionable and only elevator that can take you down opens onto the street and you have to walk back to the entrance of the hotel retracing most of your steps. Plus, only two of four elevators were working during the entire 3 day stay.

Positive: Location and friendly staff. Bed and bathroom were very nice. Negative: No vent in bathroom so hot after shower.

Front desk was efficient and friendly. Roderick made sure I had a quiet room, as requested, and his kind manner made me feel welcome right away, especially as it was my first time in Little Rock. Alex, the valet, also made a wonderful first impression. He acknowledged me immediately, skillfully multitasked to ensure I was taken care of, and patiently walked me through how the valet app works. Being able to text ahead and have my car ready at 6:30 a.m. will be incredibly convenient. So far, it’s been an enjoyable stay with a truly welcoming team!

I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at the Little Rock Marriott — especially thanks to Matthew! He truly went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and everything felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Thank you for such a great visit — I’ll definitely be back!
