MainStay Suites Little Rock West Near Medical Centers

This hotel was very convenient for my families stop before continuing our long journey to Texas. It has a full kitchen which was great if you have a baby and need to warm up water and wash bottles like I needed! I wasn’t the biggest fan of the bed comfortability, however don’t let that turn you away because everyone likes a certain type of mattress. This one just wasn’t for me! The true star of the show was the customer service! It felt like being at a high end hotel. I was accommodated and upgraded when I had an issue with the cleanliness of my room! Which seemed to be a simple look over since the upgraded room was squeaker clean. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for affordable, kind, and accommodating service!

VERY Clean, comfortable. New Queen bed, comfy clean bedding. MiniKitchen. Cold AC. Great staff.|Nearby eateries ez drive. Bring a fan, TV stick and headphones. SelfLaundry and basic vending 4 snacks, h2o, soda, laundry soap.

They listen to your needs and request and they meet with you in the middle. That’s one thing I noticed about them. All the staff managers and owners are very professional and speaks to you like a guest even if you have not decided to book your stay with them. They are very accommodating, clean and on top of everything

I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks and this place was excellent. My room had a kitchenette that was easy to use and came with basics to cook with. I didn't have any issues with staff and everything was as I expected. Would stay again if I needed to!

Absolutely amazing, clean rooms. My friend left his ID in the room when we checked out and we came back a couple hrs later and they let us right in to get it with no problem at all. 5 stars!
