Staybridge Suites Little Rock - Medical Center by IHG

As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was calm. The desk clerk was kind and helpful. Then when I walked in the room I was astonished. It was big and very clean and nice. It had a full kitchen and nice little lounge area. The bathroom was nice with a big walk in shower. Bed was comfortable with soft pillows. I loved the sleep music on the clock by the bed. I never watched the TV so no idea what it has on it. Sofa was comfortable to relax and read my Bible. Plenty of plug-ins. The complimentary breakfast was great. I love my breakfast and the choices and that they had yogurt and fresh fruit. Best stay I've had at a motel.

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The courtyard is awesome, with tvs for people who like outside. The best is, it is a secure place to stay. I will not stay anywhere else, when visiting UAMS

We loved the two-room suites with a kitchen area—perfect for our family and made our stay very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and great to work with, making check-in a breeze. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, and the dining area felt too small for the size of the hotel. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the spacious accommodations and excellent service.

I stay at this location an average of 20 nights per year, spread throughout the year. The staff is what makes this place so amazing!! Amanda is a rockstar leader that has been providing over the top customer service since the day the hotel opened. I don’t have enough words to say just how amazing she really is. The other staff follow her example, and they have each provided amazing support anytime we have needed it.||The rooms are huge and very well set up with almost anything you could need. The hotel is well located close to both dining and entertainment options. The managers reception on Monday through Wednesday is a nice touch, and breakfast is consistent, which I appreciate.|I have stated most every major hotel in Little Rock, and this is hands-down my favorite. Room was beautiful and spacious, bed was comfortable. Comfortable temperature control was awful; you could have the room freezing cold, or blistering hot, not much in between. The free breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.
