Wyndham Fort Smith

Rooms were not very clean. We started with to 911. Showered got ready for bed. Pulled cover back and bed was full of crumbs. Then transferred to 704 and room was nicer but heat in the room area was out and sheet had brown spots. I was too tired to complain again and slept on top of cover. Front desk service was great! Pool area was nice and water was warm. Views were awesome! Lobby was beautiful and breathtaking! Food was awesome. Bar service (Ben) was not the friendliest and very dry but the manager came to check on us and she was very pleasant and a joy to meet. No free breakfast

My family and I were here for a volleyball tournament. The location is convenient if you play next door at the convention center. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Lastly, our dinner we had at the hotel was pretty basic but tasted fresh, reasonably priced, and pretty tasty. Other then these few items the hotel has a lot to be desired. The elevators were frequently not working, pool closed for repairs, rooms had a musy smell, and the hotel needs a good update. Also, with the layout of the rooms all the noise from floors below just carries up and into the rooms.

Positive: Very close to local attractions & area of events. Very easy to get to Fayetville Negative: Very much an older hotel in style & layout. They've tried to do updates & make it fresh but there's still an ambiance about it

This hotel is excellent. The front desk is always friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location. I would suggest anybody staying in Fort Smith. Stay at this hotel. The only thing I would change is a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms for longer stays.

Very pleasant staff and accommodating(especially evening). The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Thr bar is is a nice place to take a load off and have a nice drink and they also have a fantastic restaurant which serves great food. Altogether I had a great time there the hotel is a vacation package within it self
