Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fort Smith

I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk worker , Amari , who truly made my stay exceptional. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. She took the time to show me around the hotel, explained everything clearly, and even offered to help me with other things that weren’t part of her job. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference in my experience. It’s rare to find someone who puts that much effort into making guests feel at home, and I am truly grateful. Because of her amazing customer service, I will definitely be staying here again and recommending this hotel to others.

Awesome everything! From the minute we walked into the lobby, we were warmly greeted and promptly taken care of. Our room, 426, was exceptional - clean, comfortable and welcoming! The bed, the sheets, the pillows - amazing! The shower was invigorating and was as close to “perfect” as a shower could be. Breakfast was delicious and offered very many choices - almost everyone should be able to find something here to fill them up. ||Beautiful new hotel- everyone on staff was exceptional - I would highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a good nights sleep at a really nice place, try this out - you won’t be disappointed! We will be returning the next time we are in the area!!

From the outside the hotel was very clean and free from trash, walking inside we were immediately greeted and check in was quick. The inside of the hotel was clean and had a modern decor. The room itself was very spacious and we 4 adults had no problem walking around in it. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but a little harder than I am use to but I got a good nice rest in it. The breakfast was very nice, we especially liked the mini waffle maker and the fruit was fresh. We loved the salt water pool, it was the perfect temperature and the pool area was nice and clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

Let me just say, this was one of the best experiences we have had. We are blessed to travel a lot and it ranks very high as possibly the best experience. 1. Room was clean and ready to go 2. Service was exceptional. 3. Always love coffee sitting in the lobby. 4. The cleaning staff was well represented and did a phenomenal job! 5. The hotel had a great scent. It reminded me of the Venetian in Las Vegas. As a side note- left some ear buds that apparently fell out of my pocket but they had those in lost and found and were able to Fed-Ex them over. Above and beyond is all I can say. Will stay here again and recommend to anyone that will be in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Had an excellent stay with my brother and nephew. The older gentleman that checked us in at 1am on Tue, Nov 24 was a class act. On our last day he asked how our hospitalized mother was doing and he seemed to genuinely care, it kinda took me by surprise. Was worth staying an extra day just to see him again before we hit the road. Would recommend this location.
