Economy Suites - Fort Smith - $219 Weekly Special

I stayed here to take advantage of the weekly special, and it’s a solid choice if you're looking to save some money. The location is very convenient right on Towson Ave, so you have plenty of shops and quick bites within easy reach. The rooms are basic and no-frills, but they are kept clean and provide all the essentials you might need. The staff is polite and very responsive to any questions. It’s a pretty quiet atmosphere overall, and I didn't have any issues with noise. If you need budget-friendly accommodations in Fort Smith for a few days or a week, this place definitely offers great value for the price.

Great place to stay. Pricing is very reasonable. Staff greets with a smile on there face and ready to help. A great plus about this hotel, they sale snacks and drinks in the lobby and don't cost an arm and leg if you need a quick snack.

I forgot photos but rooms definitely remodeled. Dirty towels in room, no trash receptacles. The hallway was very creepy. I assume people live here because on the back side of the motel people hanging out. People sleep in entrance ways, walking around the motel. Housekeeper RUDE, when she provided towels and showed her all the dirt on the New towels she provided. Sheets had brown stains that looked fresh We bought our own rugs trash cans cleaning supplies after seeing the room. Please use CLOROX SPLASHLESS bleach on your towels. GUARANTEED whiteness and disinfectant I PROMISE

Only complaint I have is that I'm paying full price to listen to these people remodel the hotel. It's pretty inconvenient. And it's constant. My roommate just had heart surgery I'm just trying to find somewhere peaceful for him to rest. I don't recommend this place if you have a job and need rest. Also my neighbors are constantly fighting and nothing is ever done about it. I feel like I should move to another place but only as of recently and mainly because my roommate is sick. I'm writing this review because I woke up pretty annoyed once again....it's crazy. I'm sure I'm just irritated. I just don't think it's cool. I'd like to have at least another hour of rest before the banging and drealing start. That and the neighbors fighting are the only complaints I have. Other than that the staff

I had a wonderful stay at this motel. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone. Special Thanks to Maddy For Being Helpful..
