Element Fort Smith

On top of having some of the best staff you could ask for, I was truly impressed by how well guests are treated here. From check-in to breakfast to check-out, every part of the experience was exceptional. I travel nearly 300 nights a year, and this ranks among my top five stays. Whenever I’m in the area, this will always be my go-to hotel. The rooms—and every inch of the property—are exceptionally clean, which clearly reflects the pride the team takes in maintaining such a high standard. I also appreciated being able to use the hotel’s bike to grab food instead of driving. Ms. Kim , the chef, prepares wonderful homemade pastries that are absolutely delicious. She has a warm, welcoming presence that truly makes you feel at home.

This was our 2nd stay here. Upgraded prior to arrival. As a new hotel everything is in great condition and the staff was friendly. Our room faced the street and was fairly quiet with the minimal traffic, leading to a good nights sleep. ||Shower's water pressure on the 4th floor was okay, not great, unsure if that;s just the low-flow showerhead or actual pressure, but soap and shampoo / bodywash were of a higher quality.||While we didn't take advantage of their breakfast, we appreciated the high-end espresso machine that made great coffee, with scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, pastries served and a yoghurt bar available. I did grab a cherry turnover which was really good, not the supermarket/Walmart type of product expected.||They don't offer bottled water in the rooms but have gla

I stay in Fort Smith for work sometimes and this is the best place I have stayed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the ac in the room was perfect. The best part about the trip, though, was a lovely woman in the kitchen. I have Celiac Disease and she went out of her way to make sure I had a safe and delicious breakfast every morning. I wish I had gotten her name to leave in the review. I will only book at this hotel for future work trips.

This is THE BEST hotel I have EVER stayed in !!!! I highly recommend !!!! ( I'm not sure about they're other locations ) but this one in particular. Staff was GREAT ! Check in was quick and easy, the lobby /breakfast/ lounge area was immaculately clean, with a small gift shop type area with a variety of things to buy ranging from snacks and drinks to things for your dog, and complimentary cookies. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor had 2 queen beds, a huge tv, desk and chair and a kitchen area that was fully stocked from coffee maker , Large refrigerator, stove , pots and pans, utensils, dishes and silverware, and even a dishwasher. Had a great stay! The room was clean and so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The breakfast was so delicious and you feel the care that goes into the making. The pastries are homemade and so yummy! They've got someone very gifted working in that kitchen. The Chef was welcoming and the food she prepares is delicious.
