Candlewood Suites Fort Smith, an IHG Hotel

By far the absolute Best place we've stayed!! The beds are new and oh so comfortable,the bathroom is big with amazing essentials,the kitchen is stocked with clean dishes in the dishwasher...Yes, there's a dishwasher!! Also laundry facilities free to use as needed!!The location is perfect. Tucked into a nice little pocket close to all the merchants we frequent. To top it off the General Manager and his staff are top notch!!

Came here for a travel contract and I’m so impressed by the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job with routine cleaning of my room today as well. Rooms are clean with all the appliances you need. No bugs. Laundry is free and the gym is nice. Would recommend!

My company and employees stayed here for about a week. The front desk workers are so kind and friendly. The gym was lovely as well, but there were a couple of machines that didn’t function properly (no big deal). They have free laundry machines. The only complaint we had was the first three nights, the fire alarm went off at 1 am on the dot. They did finally get it fixed and we never heard it go off again. We did have to move a couple of our guys because one room the stovetop didn’t work and the other’s dishwasher didn’t work, but they did move their rooms without any fuss. Now, they did mess up on our reservations. We told them we would be there for about a month or longer, but after a week we were told they were completely booked and we would need to find a new hotel. We had an awesome one night stay here. The room was impeccably clean and high-touch areas and items were visibly sanitized. It had a well equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Though it is true that the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear faint noises from outside your room, the discomfort/inconvenience is totally negligible. Also, staff were accomodating, friendly and courteous. I would stay in the hotel again if stopping over in the area.

The entire staff was super friendly, welcoming and FUN! They were personable and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Both check in and check out was fast and easy. They have a wonderful check out (borrow) system for board games, movies and kitchen appliances which we used almost daily. They also have a little store with snacks and the little things we often forget to pack, like razors, tooth paste, toothbrushes and more! You can either pay at the counter or charge it to the room! The lobby always smelled beautifully. Our overall stay was pleasant and it felt like home, honestly! We love Michael and Nancy!
