Great location. Very great Customer service when we arrived. Brett was very helpful as well as all the others who work at the front desk. Breakfast was great and the staff there were great also. Housekeeping should also be commended, the do a great job at keeping everything clean. Thanks to you all for making our stay great. Will definitely stay again.

A new very clean hotel with a nice room - we slept well and enjoyed everything. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of items to eat. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and seemed happy to be working there. The price was reasonable too

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel as well as our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options, staff on hand to keep things clean and options filled. Will definitely be back again and would recommend to anyone visiting Ft. Smith.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night and booked it that day. All other hotels in the area were booked (about four or five) so it was a huge blessing getting in. The two receptionists at the front desk greeted us very politely and were very hospitable. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable! They had a pool that went from 3 feet to 5. It was very clean!! A man at the front desk named Brett helped us the next day and was very courteous. There a couple different things that he did that were very personally helpful. He was the most helpful attendant we have ever had assist us in any hotel.

We had a fabulous stay here for the weekend! The room was spotlessly clean, beds were extremely comfy, and the free breakfast was really good with lots of options. Way better than the usual continental breakfast that most hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again!
