WoodSpring Suites West Palm Beach

First off, I want to start by saying I’m not one who do many reviews, but this one was warranted because I highly disliked everything I read from people here. I extremely enjoyed my stay at WoodSpring suites. Crystal At the front desk is such a pleasant person to see once you come in and while you’re staying there. I actually arrived earlier than my check-in time and she gave me enough time to get food and come back and check in an hour earlier. No Iowa State I’m from New York so bugs ain’t nothing new to me so seeing one roach (which I thought was a ladybug) did not phase me the slightest because it did not interrupt nor change my rating for the hotel. The service here is absolutely horrendous. Christy is a rude and obnoxious employee, with zero professionalism, no business ethics and no hospitality training whatsoever. I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with her here. ||I was in town for my daughter's (who is a minor) debate competition. I had booked a suite with two queen beds and a couch. The employee Saige told me that since the suite was occupied, they can offer us two rooms with queen beds. This was okay, I asked for the rooms to be next to each other since I was with my wife and my daughter so that we all could be together and my daughter wouldn't have to be completely alone. Saige agreed and assigned us two rooms next to each other and I gave my card information for her to complete that transaction. While all of this

We want to take a moment to share our wonderful experience at the WoodSpring Suites. It’s been a delightful & fantastic stay. From the quality of the rooms, comfort & staff. Everyone has been so helpful & treated us as family…Tonya & Marcus are amazing. The girls at the front desk…have been so helpful and welcoming, they are truly amazing!! Crystal, Paula & Tanisha are the BEST!! Regardless of the time they are always helping & resolving the needs to the guest!! I can truly say that WoodSprings would be my number 1 pick. Thank you all for your services & kindness!!

Positive: We visited Century Village, which was not quite across the street. Enjoyed Spring Training games, about 15 minutes away.Special thanks to staff, the Woodspring Suties daily counter assistant. She was so helpful and a true hostess professional. Negative: None

The building is a new building so everything is clean. But, to say it’s a minimalist room is an understatement. You get two towels, two washcloths, no hand towels. There’s no coffee, no silverware no glassware. If you call the counter, they’ll tell you they sell them to you. Who needs to buy a coffee pot for a few days of staying? There is no housekeeping. You have to take your towels to the front desk to exchange them and and if you want sheets changed, you need to do the same.
