West Palm Beach Marriott

Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.

We have a back-to-back reservation as part of our stay was with a group. At check-in, I confirmed twice that we were checked in for the entire stay, specifically verifying the dates. Despite this, on day two, our keys stopped working, we were checked out automatically, and I even received a receipt by email. After getting that sorted at the desk, we returned to our room at 3 PM to find it hadn't been cleaned. We called housekeeping to ask for service and at least some toilet paper (the room was out). When I called 20 minutes later to ask for an estimated time, I was given a rude "lecture" that I had only called "29 minutes and 29 seconds ago" and that with 350 rooms, they would get to us when they get to us. From the moment I arrived I was treated so nice. Loved the staff at this hotel, but I want to give special recognition to an Agent from the front desk named Gabe. He went above and beyond to help me to move rooms to something that I was happy with. He brought me my key upstairs to move just amazing. Thank you.

Immaculate, friendly, luxury, airport Marriott hotel! Located minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport. The hotel operates an airport shuttle service, inquire at the hotel for information. The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. This is a large, mature, traditional, high-rise hotel, providing all the amenities of a full service Marriott Hotel. I enjoyed lunch at the restaurant, located adjacent the the lobby/registration area. The service was fantastic and friendly. The dining room and bar area Immaculate. I visited this place over New Year's Eve and I was not initially impressed. At check on they told us right away that the restaurant on site was closed for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day and so the have is $50 breakfast vouchers for our stay. What they forgot to say anything about was that The Bistro was a separate restaurant and that it was open! My family was also given a room on the concierge level with lounge access but they also were not servicing that lounge for the two days that I was there so no hot food was available in there. Plus they seemed to be confused about the special holiday hours hours that they posted on the door of the lounge, access was unreliable. Our room was nice but very cold and the heater didn't work.
