Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites West Palm Beach

Pretty disappointed in my stay. First, the service was awesome. The employee helping us at the front desk was great-- really kind. I requested a dental kit through the app and when I went to the desk just a few mins later, she had already gotten them. Unfortunately, the rooms were just not clean. The first room I checked into had a musty smell. There was garbage left under the bed. If they missed something that big... I just know that room wasn't cleaned at all. I went down and quietly asked for another room. Again, the lady at the front desk apologized and handled it quickly and kindly, which I really appreciated. However, the second room wasn't that much better. There were obvious hand streak marks on the headboard (...), food crumbs on the floor, and the shower floor was black from gr

Everything was great. great showers and hot water. Breakfast is very good as well. Will visit again.

Very pricey for an average room. Stated "mobility accessible " but had no grab bars at the toilet, and one 12" one in a step-in (not wheelchairs chair accessible) shower. Room was too small to maneuver a wheelchair or scooter. Definitely NOT mobility accessible! When asked the front desk for a mobility accessible room, they very politely said they'd have one maybe the next day if we'd like to move. This reservation was made a week prior and confirmed by phone specifically to be mobility accessible.

My family visited this hotel for 1 week for a family reunion . All of the staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. We enjoyed the fresh, hot breakfast and the kitchen staff were very helpful and made our children feel happy and comfortable. The entire hotel property including our room was extremely clean and comfortable; and more spacious than what we expected for an accessible room. Thank you to the operations manager for always going above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome and appreciated. You made our family reunion even more memorable and special, thank you! The entire process from booking to checking out was easy and smooth. When we need a hotel in the area we have found our home away from home.

Horrible housekeeping service and rude housekeeping manager. Stayed 4 nights and had issues everyday. Never refreshed coffee pods during stay, short towels every day - with 4 guests less than 4 towels. Even after getting new towels from front desk, they were gone the next day and back to 2 towels. Even had to go to front desk again to get TP as housekeeping didn’t replace empty roll. On 1st day, housekeeping never entered room. Pillows were lousy too. Front desk people were pleasant, but didn’t seem empowered to change anything after multiple discussions. Only excepted the basic level of service and received far less.
