Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach

I really liked my stay at this extended stay hotel. Very clean and spacious room with everything that I needed. Rooms were being cleaned daily, and the staff were super friendly and respectful. The hotel manager, Omar, was fantastic and was doing everything to make sure all the guests were receiving premium service and were happy from their moment of check-in to check-out. Breakfast was good and was offering different menus every day, so it was not boring; I really liked the breakfast buffet. The hotel is located in a close proximity to shopping center with variety of dining options. I enjoyed the Whole Foods, and City Pizza Italian Cuisine and highly recommend them. Positive: It was fairly clean, but one of our sheets was dirty. Breakfast was ok, stop chopping up the scrambled eggs! Negative: Multiple employees were seen using the handicap parking without a placard. This is a disgusting behavior if allowed. The bartender would hang out in the front to smoke where it says no smoking. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes waiting for service.

I absolutely loved this hotel for a team event. It was within 15 of everything we wanted to do. The room was clean. The staff was more than welcoming and nice. Every single desk clerk was really great. Bartender was a nice guy. Would recommend 100%

The entire staff was excellent. They work diligently to meet all my needs expectations. Everything was clean from the hotel room to the front desk lobby. Everything was in order organized very neat and clean.|The clean environment made me more comfortable felt safe.|I will definitely be looking another vacation here!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The best hotel we have been to. Pleasant and responsible staff. Breakfast is great, especially the fruit salad every morning with fresh fruit, coffee, three types all day, hot. Clean and elegant hotel 10/10. The location is perfect. We dream of coming back again. Everything was wonderful. The price is also very nice.
