SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach I-95

Family of 6 staying on the way to Ft. Lauderdale cruise terminal. ||When we got to the first room the toilet would t flush, so they moved us to a second room. Thankfully that was before anyone had really unpacked, so not a problem. However we had to physically walk down to the front desk because they hung up on us when we tried to call and ask for someone to come look at the problem.||Then we opened the blanket and sheet for the trundle bed only to find them crusty and gross. A mattress pad was not included and the trundle mattress was stained and had crumbs and food all over it. We called to ask for extra bedding. We were told it’s being washed it “it will be awhile.” ||In the process of waiting on bedding my son laid down on the couch and he said his face was itching. At first I brushed

Shakira was amazingly helpful and pleasant! The breakfast staff was awesome and went above and beyond to ensure people were good even with it being a continental breakfast. Rooms were nothing fancy but clean and satisfactory. My only feed back would be updating or cleaning the carpeting throughout STAT. It takes away from the other attributes the hotel has to offer

Upon entry there was a strong musty locker room odor in the air. The pull out sofa had visible bodily discharge stains throughout. We had to go out and purchase incense and disinfectant cleaner. There was a clear glove under the sheet which was likely left by the housekeeper. The t v only picked up local channels. With this said I strongly feel that we overpaid for our 3 night stay which was $505.11. On the other hand, the staff was pleasant and attentive. There was a full breakfast beyond pastries and coffee. Parking was easy and plentiful.

I had an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home thanks to the very attentive staff, especially Gabi, the supervisor, and María, the manager, who kindly helped me with some extra requests for the room. As a tourist, I really appreciated being able to speak Spanish and feel understood. I will definitely come back!”

This hotel is a tale of two standards. Let me start with the reason this review isn’t one star: London Holland at the front desk. This woman is extraordinary. She greets you with genuine warmth, handles every request with grace, and manages the front desk like she’s running the Four Seasons. London, if you’re reading this, the Ritz-Carlton is hiring. Seriously. You deserve better than this property, and I’m confident a luxury brand would recognize your talent immediately. The second bright spot? “Z” at the breakfast bar. Another professional who brings energy, attentiveness, and care to her role. She deserves a promotion that I’m equally confident she’ll never receive here. Now, about the hotel itself. My hallucination is that a hotel in this state is completely apathetic. The rooms
